The project is formed around a series of south-facing courtyards with private balconies and communal roof terraces to reveal spectacular views across London, while South Way and Station Square are activated at ground level with terraces, residents’ facilities and retail units to animate the space, as well as the experience of walking between the station and the stadium.
This project consisted of the supply and installation of the complete mechanical services installations including District Heating, Domestic Hot Water, General Ventilation, Dry Risers, Domestic Water, Above Ground Drainage and BMS.
