Nestled in 400 acres of beautiful historic forest just five kilometres from Ballymahon, Longford Forest is Center Parc’s first village in Ireland. The €233 million resort took just 18 months to complete and includes 466 self-catering lodges and 30 apartments and welcomes up to 2,500 guests during each short break.
FG Mechanical Building Services completed the fit out of 6 hospitality and retail units just prior to the village opening in the Summer 2019.
This project consisted of the design, supply and installation of the complete Mechanical Services Installations including Supply and Extract Ventilation to Heat and Cool the various Units, Kitchen Extract, LTHW to Over Door Air Curtains and Reheat Coils, BMS, Natural Gas to Kitchen, Domestic Water, Trace Heating for Hot Water Maintenance, Above Ground Drainage and Sprinkler.
