It has 81 Bedrooms and Suites, 5 Serviced Apartments, 1 Penthouse with External Terrace, 2 Restaurants, Bars, Meeting Rooms and Wellness Floor including Spa, Vitality Pool, Gym, etc.
This project consisted of the full design, supply and installation of complete Mechanical Services Installations including Gas Fired Water Heaters, ASHP for pre heat of Domestic Hot Water, General Ventilation, Basement and Above Ground Smoke Ventilation, Domestic Water, Above Ground Drainage, Sprinkler, Air Conditioning and LTHW to Pool Plate Heat Exchanger via VRF Hydroboxes.
As the hotel had three basement levels with Smoke Ventilation, Kitchens, Spa and Pool, etc all with their own supply and extract ductwork systems full coordination was essential therefore the complete MEP installation was modelled with Revit.
