The mixed-use development of the former Natwest Court offices, anchored by a 255-bed four-star Clayton Hotel, alongside flexible retail or co-working space and 24 new residential homes comprising a mixture of 1 to 2-beds.
The site comprises a mix of listed buildings and more modern structures, including the Everards Printing Works building, with its unique Art Nouveau façade preserved and acting as the grand entrance of the new hotel.
The front of house areas located on the ground floor includes a bar, restaurant, servery, guest WC’s, gym and café, while the conference centre will comprise a large break out area, 6 meeting suites, 2 function rooms/meeting rooms and reception.
This project consisted of the supply and installation of the complete mechanical services installations including Gas Fired Water Heaters, ASHP for pre heat of Domestic Hot Water, General Ventilation, Dry Risers, LTHW Boilers, Domestic Water, Above Ground Drainage, Flues, Natural Gas and BMS.
