This was the 6th Hotel completed by FG Mechanical Building Services for the Dalata Hotel Group. The others hotels were in Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Bristol and Dublin.
This project consisted of the supply and installation of the complete mechanical services installations including Gas Fired Water Heaters, ASHP for pre heat of Domestic Hot Water, General Ventilation, Above Ground Smoke Ventilation, Dry Risers, LTHW Boilers, Domestic Water, Above Ground Drainage, Flues, Natural Gas, BMS and Air Conditioning (Hybrd VRF).
