This residential project consisted of 326 apartments, commercial and retail units as well as new public open space for Taylor Wimpey. Partly build on top of the Royal Mail sorting office at Mount Pleasant.This phase of Postmark is made up of three blocks and a Wellness Centre and Spa.
This project consisted of the supply and installation of Mechanical Services Installations including Prefabricated MEP Utility Cupboards, District Heating and Cooling, Air Cooled Chillers, Domestic Water, Above Ground Drainage, 2 Pipe FCUs, UFH, Apartment Billing Network, KNX Automatic Controls and BMS.
