This project was the first ‘Build to Rent’ scheme delivered in Brighton comprising of 209 BTR apartments within a building ranging from 8 up to 17 storeys. The residential development included an excellent resident amenity space and 30,000 sq. ft commercial office space. Additionally, the development comprises a car park, cycle storage and private roof terrace gardens.
This project consisted of the supply and installation of the complete mechanical services installations including Domestic Water, Above Ground Drainage, LTHW, General and Smoke Ventilation and BMS.
The LTHW Plant Room was fabricated off site, lifted onto the roof and connected to the LTHW distribution pipework.
