One Crown Place is centrally located, only minutes away from Liverpool Street station with Shoreditch and Old Street a short walk away. FG Mechanical Building Services were awarded the fit-out of eleven premium apartments on the upper floors of One Crown Place. These one and three bedroom apartments alongside three bedroom duplexes, all with stunning views from the top of both the North and South Towers.
This project consisted of the design, supply and installation of the complete mechanical services installations including LTHW and CHW, 2 Pipe Fan Coil Units, UFH, Ventilation, Domestic, Trace Heating for Hot Water Maintenance, Drainage, Sprinkler and KNX Controls.
