Southbank Place Building 5 is the final phase of the Southbank Place development and will provide 92 Apartments and 18,600 sq ft of retail space overlooking Big Ben and Houses of Parliament and only 100 metres from the London Eye.At 15 storeys tall, the Retail Space will be located on the Ground Floor and Mezzanine, and 88 Apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, will span Levels 1 to 11, with 4 Super Prime Double Height Duplex Penthouses situated on the Levels 12 and 13.
This project consisted of the supply and installation of Mechanical Services Installations including Prefabricated MEP Utility Cupboards, District Heating and Cooling, General Ventilation, Basement Smoke Ventilation, Grey Water, 2 Pipe FCUs, Domestic Water, Above Ground Drainage, Trench Heating, Wet and Electric UFH, BMS, Water Leak Detection, etc.
